About Jason

Jason has always had a passion for writing. With background qualifications and experience in engineering, he has also demonstrated high-level analytical skills, attention to detail and organisational ability over his professional and personal life.

Having a broad, ongoing interest in learning, Jason completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment in the early 2000s, gaining knowledge in Financial Markets and Economics, Property Investment Analysis and Valuation. He also has qualifications and experience working in the education sector, influenced through helping to raise his three children.

Jason has planned and written high-quality documentation across a diverse range of contexts, including technical reports in his early engineering career, learning plans as a schoolteacher, accounting procedure manuals as a finance manager, and government recruitment reports in his current role.

Jason is highly skilled at presenting accurate information in structured and easy-to-understand ways, and in streamlining processes efficiently and effectively. His first published book, The 7-Stage Guide to Selling Your Home in Victoria, is a product of these approaches. It combines his strengths in planning and writing with his personal experience and interest in the Australian residential property market.
